There will be a fun group fitness class, some games and competitions, and a few great prizes.

We will meet in Mission Bay and ride out to La Jolla for a coffee date. After our coffee date, we’ll head back to Mission Bay for a total of 20 miles.
This is a scenic, fun, and relaxed ride that is perfect for beginners and pros! Come out, make new connections, and start getting your heart in gear for April 19th, 2020.
You can do it! All of our bike sherpas are here to make sure you have all the support and encouragement you need to have fun on the ride. No Rider Will Ever Be Left Stranded!

Water bottles (We can’t stress this enough)
Bike frame pump or CO2 cartridges (Curse those pesky flats)
Patch kit or spare tube (for a roadside emergency)

Snack (Dont get us started on how tasty energy bars are)
Identification (Seriously, just bring your wallet)
Money for rest stops (Why ride out to a bike shop if you dont plan on going big!)

We will start in Mission Bay, pedal over to a local bike path heading to the Mission Valley area, make a fun, scenic, and beginner-friendly loop back to Mission Bay! With the option of riding 12 or 25 miles, there’s a ride for everyone!
TIRE & TUBE CLINIC
If you hate flats, want to learn more about tube&tire tech, or want to know about the performance benefits of regularly servicing your bike, come to our “fix-a-flat” clinic at 8:00AM! We have an expert mechanic on staff who will gladly teach you the process of fixing a flat, answer any tech questions, and will make sure your bike runs great and you feel empowered…. 🙂

Celebrate the new year with us and come out to our first training ride of 2020! Atone for the dietary sins you’ve commited this holiday season. Make good on your new years resolution, meet new people, catch up with familiar faces, and train for the upcoming Recovery Ride!
We will meet at Pepper Park in National City, and ride out to 2 Wheels Boutique in Imperial Beach. From there, we will split into two groups.
One group will head back to Pepper Park for a total of 12 miles, while the other group will continue riding to Coronado and finally loop back to Pepper Park for a total of 25 miles.
